Biography

Paul is a transport planner with more than 10 years’ experience in transport and project management in Aotearoa.

Before joining MRCagney, Paul worked at Auckland Transport and Eke Panuku, working on projects ranging from walking and cycling projects, tactical urbanism, parking management and public realm upgrades. Projects included:

  • Ian McKinnon Cycleway
  • Herne Bay Walking and Cycling improvements
  • Westhaven to City Cycle Route
  • Federal Street Walking and Cycling improvements
  • Waitemata Safe Routes
  • Pukekohe Innovating Streets

Since joining MRCagney, Paul has worked on and led projects including:

  • Dunedin Parking Framework
  • Palmerston North Parking Framework
  • Fire and Emergency New Zealand Traffic Calming study
